As a member of Michael’s team since September of 2008, Nancy supports Michael in his pursuit to help his clients achieve their financial goals. She assists in the design and preparation of proposals for our investment and insurance clients. Nancy also attends client meetings to support presentations and follows up to complete our process. In addition, Nancy is responsible for all licensing, compliance, and support of our investment clients. Her dedication and attention to detail ensures requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Nancy brings thirty years of experience in the financial industry to her role as Associate Financial Representative to Michael McNeil. Her career began in banking where Nancy held various positions including Branch Manager and Financial Representative. Additionally, Nancy holds her Series 7, 63 and Life and Health Licenses. She is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management.

Jodi Fay is the client services representative and marketing assistant  for our team.  Prior to joining our firm,  Jodi worked in the financial services industry for nine years, in retail banking. Her main focus was developing client relationships and recommending appropriate services to meet the full range of financial needs for a diverse client base. That background has helped her transition to our team. Jodi brings an enthusiasm to help people reach their financial goals. In fact, you may have already spoken with Jodi to schedule an annual review or strategic planning session with Michael. In her role as a marketing assistant, Jodi manages all social media contacts, updates, and most communications between myself and our clients.

Jodi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, with a minor in Journalism, from Western CT State University in 1993- Cum Laude. She received her MBA in 2004 from her alma mater. Additionally, Jodi holds Life and Health Licenses and her Series 6 license.

Eric Nelson is an associate in our office who works with some of our clients on an as need basis.  He joins me on select casework and is able to educate our clients in the areas of estate, retirement and financial planning, as well as use a personal planning process to identify needs and provide a comprehensive plan specifically for them.

Eric uses this personal planning analysis to deliver a comprehensive plan that integrates a wide spectrum of survivor income, retirement, and asset allocation needs. Eric helps people:
